- Support groups offer a safe environment where
recovering people gather together and share their experience, strength and
hope. Intervention Resource Center - A site for friends and family of those who abuse alcohol and other drugs. Marijuana Anonymous - The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop using marijuana. National Association for Children of Alcoholics - NACoA is the national nonprofit membership organization working on behalf of children of alcohol and drug dependent parents. National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence, Inc. - NCADD provides education, information, help and hope to the public. National Inhalant Prevention Coalition - NIPC is funded in part by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. NIPC is a public-private effort to promote awareness and recognition of the under publicized problem of inhalant use. |
